We want RuffRuffs products to make sense for you and your dog. Below is what to know about returns, exchanges, and order issues.
Return Eligibility
Unused, clean, and original-condition products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with any original packaging, tags, or included materials when applicable.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened treats, used gear, chewed products, heavily soiled items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Refund Timing
